Omar Ocampo Figueroa is wanted by the Aberdeen Police Department and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation for the murder of Silvia Cuevas. Cuevas was a Hispanic female, 28 years of age. The homicide occurred in the parking lot of McDonald’s on US 1 in Aberedeen, NC on 12/23/1999, at 20:34. Figueroa was last seen on NC 211 West and Archie Road in the West End area of Moore County by the Taylortown Police Department.
The suspect was driving a black Dodge Daytona with a broken rear window on the drivers side. The tag number of this vehicle is North Carolina: MPR-5733. The suspect may be armed with a knife.
Figueroa is a Hispanic male, DOB: 5-25-72, height 5’7″, weight 210 lbs
